What can I expect from working with you?

How long will it take you to finish my project?
The branding process takes between 8 – 20 working days.
How can I get an idea of what you charge?
Take a look at my work with me page. You will find some starting prices there. I will send you my exact packages and pricing when you contact me. If you need something else not covered on my services page, I’m happy to create a custom quote for you.
What is the best way to contact you and how will we communicate during the project?
We will communicate only via email throughout the project because I like to keep a written record of all our conversations. Please determine if you are comfortable with this policy before contacting me.
What if I don’t like what you design?
There are 2 – 3 revision rounds included in all my prices, so if there is anything you don’t like, I can make the necessary changes. If you would like more changes (which rarely happens), I’m happy to make them. You will then be billed at my hourly rate.
To be sure that I design something that you will like it is important that you give me a clear idea of what you have in mind. Designers aren’t mind-readers. I always ask my clients to send me samples of designs that they like so that I can get familiar with their style. I will then design something according to this style. If I get no direction from you then we won’t be able to work together unfortunately.

What payment methods do you accept?
South African clients may pay via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). I don’t accept cash deposits, sorry. International clients may pay via PayPal. Even if you don’t have a PayPal account you can still use it to pay with a credit/debit card.
Do you need a deposit to start work?
Yes, I require 50% of the project cost upfront to book your spot into my schedule.
Can I work with you even though we are not in the same country?
Yes! I accept work from all over the world. Your English does not need to be perfect (English is my second language too), but at least fluent enough so that we can communicate well and understand each other. It’s crucial that we are on the same page when it comes to your branding. I love working with people from other countries. I learn something new every time!
What are your working hours?
Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 17:00 CAT (Central African Time).
Do you offer printing services?
Clementine Creative is a design service only. I provide you with a final print-ready PDF file to upload to an online printer or take to your chosen printing company.
Do you design websites?
I don’t design websites at the moment, but I can refer you to some designers that can!
