Oranje specialises in digital, litho and large format printing. They have offices in the Free State and Gauteng but offer a delivery service as well. You can even upload your artwork online for printing. Visit their website.
Paperjet Print
They focus on digital printing, wide format being business cards, flyers, banners, stickers, booklets, posters and vinyl prints. You can request a quote online and they deliver nationwide. Visit their website.
Paper Shop

Silver Banana
Silver banana offers t-shirt printing and a variety of other products like badges, key-rings, stickers, bumpers stickers, lanyard printing, tent calendars, CD and DVD printing, magnet printing, mini business cards, etc.
UPDATE: Don’t use Silver Banana! I ordered business cards from them and they never posted my parcel. They have the worst service I have ever come across.

Hi Clemintine. I’m from the Netherlands and want to advise my parents, who live in SA which online printer they can address for their business cards. What site would you advise me? Speed is a priority but of cause quality is too. My parents live in the Western Cape.
